The room is exclusively yours for the duration of your booking.
There is no separate room hire fee. Your minimum spend is used against food and drinks during your booking, and a deposit secures the date. From late November through December it rises by 30%.

The U9 Lounge gives you somewhere to meet before your booking, keep the night going afterwards or host an event of its own.

What is your ID policy?
All guests must bring a valid physical photo ID, which will be scanned on entry.
Is there a dress code?
Smart-casual attire is encouraged. Hoodies, tracksuits, flip-flops and sliders are not permitted, and entry may be refused if the dress code is not followed.
How does the minimum spend work?
Every karaoke suite has a minimum spend, which varies by room, date and session time. The full amount is redeemable against food and drinks during your session.
Do rates change over the festive season?
Yes. From the last week of November and throughout December, minimum spends are 30% higher than our published rates because of increased demand. Everything else about the booking works exactly the same way.
How does the deposit work?
A deposit is required to secure your booking. It is deducted from your agreed minimum spend rather than added on top, with the remaining balance settled on the day.
What music can we use in the karaoke rooms?
Our karaoke system includes more than 450,000 songs, and every suite also has YouTube access for additional choices.
What time should we arrive?
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your booked session. Sessions run to fixed times and cannot be extended because of late arrival.
Can we bring decorations or a cake?
Yes. Decorations are welcome as long as walls and venue fixtures are respected, and you are welcome to bring a cake. Please note that candles and sparklers are not permitted.
